AARE (Abdullah Almufarrej Real Estate Company) is the real estate investment 
division of Almufarrej Group, a Kuwait-based business platform. We build and 
manage a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial properties across 
select markets. Our business has three core activities: managing and operating 
our properties, investing in and owning real estate for the long term, and 
strategically buying and selling properties to optimize our portfolio. We combine 
careful market analysis, hands-on property management, and disciplined financial 
oversight to achieve sustainable growth and maximize the value of our holdings.
